Process

Before starting the project, we visit the site, conduct an assessment of the current condition, and prepare a floor plan based on the measurements. After consulting with the client, we develop a conceptual layout and prepare floor plan proposals.

If different layout variations arise during the creative process, we select the most optimal one together. For the chosen floor plan design, we prepare plans for the placement of furniture and walls, as well as plans for any demolitions or the construction of new walls. We also prepare the layout of installations, adapted to the new furniture arrangement.

The solutions we develop in the concept design phase are enhanced by creating 3D renderings of the space (visualization), which helps clients better understand the ideas. Each project is unique, so we tailor this part of the design to individual wishes and needs, selecting appropriate furniture, lighting, decoration, colors, and materials to achieve the desired results.

After finalizing the concept, we proceed with selecting furniture and equipment and creating detailed technical drawings. For each space, we create floor plans for furniture placement and elevation views with the selected equipment. This phase also includes the selection of floor and wall coverings, lighting plans with fixtures, and the selection of sanitary equipment. All of this is complemented by decorative elements, textiles, and decor.

For the selected elements from the project documentation, we prepare a detailed inventory and work with suppliers of furniture and equipment to create quotes. We also prepare plans and quotes for construction and installation work, as well as for the production of built-in furniture. Verified contractors can be chosen by the client or selected together. To ensure the best results during project execution, we provide continuous consulting and supervision on-site.
